Its a good little app to keep me in check about my night time routine. I normally have no concept of time and hate getting up in the mornings. Ive worked nights for 18 years. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a little help when it comes to a sleep schedule change.
This app does exactly what it says. It gently reminds you that bedtime is approaching. A morning alarm would be nice, but I wouldnt take that away from the rating. After all, its called To Bed not To Wake.

Its super cute and fun and for those of you that need alarms on weekends, the answer is simple, just set an alarm! Its super cute and I really enjoy it. I love the modern and its perfect for everyone from 1 to 99! I know it doesnt do mornings or weekends but if u pay 99 cents u get that! I highly recommend this app for anyone. Very simple but gives a great reminder when you get carried away with a Netflix marathon in the evening.
Wish it would work everyday and had additional features. Im disappointed and would remove it from my phone before Id pay for it.

I wish this app could tell me what time I need to go to bed, and if I go to bed later how many hours Ill be getting. Its a simple app, but praying the developers add that feature. But its useful and I do my best to follow it.
It calculates how much sleep you need then plans a bed time accordingly. The real challenge is obeying when the app says its time to go to bed. You can buy an upgrade which includes an extra warning so you dont miss bed time. If you go to bed on time, you barely even need an alarm clock in the morning because you wake up naturally. This is a great app

I emailed the developer for support regarding the fact that some features I had were made into in-app purchases, but got no response. After several weeks, Ive had it. I hope the dev is ok (not unable to reply), but I sure feel ignored.
Works perfectly, I just wish there was an option to turn off all the menu noises. (Or that the option was easier to find, if I simply havent found it.)
I like this app in that it is simply just what is needed and not complicated. However, I would love to be able to add multiple people so I could include my kids as well.
Going to sleep on time takes a lot of discipline for me. This is a great little companion to the little voice in your head telling you youre gonna regret staying up this late everyday. If you need help with your discipline, this can help with practice.
I really like this app. I only wish that I could set the alarm sound to a song in my library.
Pretty awesome app
This is a really simple app. When you open the app, for the first time, it asks you your first name and your age. Then, it asks you what time you need to get up in the morning. And finally, based on the number of hours of sleep you need for your age and your wake up time, it will tell you how long you have until bedtime. About 30 min - one hour before bed ( not sure yet, its only 8:46 am right now, so I havent actually gone to bed with the app) it notifies you and tells you its probably time to start getting ready. Overall awesome app.
Clock for people with a morning schedule. Doesnt work on any hour of the day/night. For instance, It wont allow wake up time of 9 pm
